The practical limits of public App Store intelligence and the responsibilities that keep the service useful for everyone.
What this is. Back My Side is an App Store intelligence product. It helps teams organize signals about app listings, keywords, markets, and competitors to support product and marketing decisions.
Data and decisions. Product insights are informational and should be assessed alongside your own data and judgment. Back My Side does not guarantee rankings, installs, revenue, feature placement, or any other App Store outcome.
Your account. Keep your account credentials private and use the product only for lawful purposes. Do not use the product to violate another party's rights or platform terms.
Subscriptions and paid trials. Eligible accounts can choose a $1 paid trial lasting 3 days. After the trial, your selected subscription automatically renews monthly until cancelled: Starter $15/month; Growth $25/month; Max $57/month. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. One trial is available per account. Continuing to checkout is your explicit acceptance of these Terms and the displayed trial charge and recurring price. Review and confirm payment in Dodo's hosted checkout to start a subscription.
Free previews and plan limits. Reports without a subscription show the top 2 keywords; remaining keywords are locked. Starter includes 1 saved app and the top 20 report keywords. Growth and Max include all report keywords and up to 10 and 30 saved apps respectively. Each distinct app uses one saved-app slot across all storefronts. Saving work requires sign-in, and research remains subject to fair-use limits. Free accounts are never automatically enrolled or charged. Signing in or returning to pricing does not start checkout.
Managing billing. Use Manage billing in your account to review billing and cancel a subscription before its next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund; your rights under applicable law are unaffected. A return from checkout is not payment confirmation: subscription status is updated after verified payment-provider notification.
Third-party platforms. Apple, the App Store, and their marks belong to their respective owners. Back My Side is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple.
Availability. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as we improve the service. The service is provided as available, without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
